Zonin': Residentul. Lot size: Big enuff, if ya stack 'em right. Utilitiez: Balcony, big storage tanks, rope bridge, shelf space! Cost: Two buggies, a splatta kannon, one week's worth of squig slop.
	The two large vats in the back are fenced in by combat-grade fencin'. Perfect fer keepin' the squiggoth herd located just behind the propurty out of the slop-vatz!
