Orks, being an aggressive race, have founded a loose heirarchy based on brute strength and imposing size. Older orks are not necessarily the greatest, nor the wisest, by ork standards. But an ork does need to be tough, cunning-- and above all, a magnificent fighter to survive into the dark-skinned years.
Gargrazz (Da Oomie Busta), is an example of a relatively young ork that has instituted an ambitious campaign for power. In a few short years, he had emerged from relative obscurity to be a considerable threat to the Human Empire. Starting his conquest on the small pastoral planet Trimedia, he's since mustered a "Waugh" that spans a dozen systems. Never staying in one place, and always in upheaval and fluctuation, his Empire (or "Kamp" as he calls it) is always expanding and has yet to see any signs of waning.
